Peach cooler

This recipe is a good source of vitamin C, which keeps gums and blood vessels healthy.
Ingredients
1/3 cup non-fat dry milk
1 cup frozen peaches, chopped
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2-3 hours.
