Summer Salad Recipes
Watermelon Salad Recipe
6 cups Watermelon (seeded and cubed)
4 cups Cucumber (cubed)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp White Sugar (optional)
Take a large mixing bowl and mix watermelon and cucumber cubes.
Add salt and white sugar. Toss to gently blend the ingredients.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toss again and serve.
